After completing the development of the first part in 2019, the China Erzhong RD team continued to organize technical research, based on a large number of numerical simulation results and production experience, proposed process detail control requirements, and achieved all physical and chemical items for fan plate forgings to be qualified. It marks China Erzhong's successful breakthrough in the preparation technology of fan disc forgings for the Yangtze River 2000 engine, accumulated technical experience for the forging and heat treatment of such products, and provided assistance for the development of my country's aero-engines.
